A CSIC ranking

The Higher Council for Scientific Research (CSIC) publishes the ranking of Spanish and foreign female researchers in Spain with the aim of increasing the visibility of the country's researchers and their work.

The first edition of the ranking was published in June 2022 according to data from public profiles on Google Scholar. This edition consists of the 5,000 researchers ordered according to the highest H index and, secondarily, by number of citations.
