Tordera against Alzheimer's

On the occasion of the World Alzheimer's Day, Residència L'Albert organized a whole day of activities with the aim of raising awareness about the disease and the need to raise funds for research.

The day was a success for the second consecutive year; 64 companies in the city were involved giving money and material goods for the charity raffle. They managed to sell more than 500 numbers while inside the residence were displaying cognitively stimulating activities, among which we could highlight a musical and cultural trivia adapted to the residents' experiences.

In total, they raised 1700 euros that have been donated to Fundació ACE to contribute to make Alzheimer become history.
